Focused on early childhood development and community enrichment initiatives, the Nevada Education Foundation provides essential educational resources to under-resourced areas. Our educational outreach programs, including STEAM education programs like Lego building and foundational literacy Story Time, are strategically designed to stimulate cognitive growth, foster collaboration, and cultivate lifelong learning habits among young participants.
Programs Tailored For All Ages
Focused on workforce readiness and community enrichment initiatives, the Nevada Education Foundation delivers specialized curriculum in modern media arts, including Podcast and Audio Production, Video Editing, DJing, and Graphic Design. Our educational outreach programs engage community members from young adults to seniors, empowering participants with practical technical skills and fostering lifelong creativity through our STEAM education programs.

The Nevada Education Foundation fosters community enrichment initiatives by bridging educational gaps in underserved areas through our educational outreach programs. Many local centers have the physical space to host these programs, but they often lack the technical resources and certified instructors essential for implementation. By collaborating with government, corporate, and grassroots partners, we provide the equipment and expertise necessary to launch STEAM education programs in these spaces, empowering the community in the process.
Programs We Offer
LEGO AND DUPLO CLUB STORY TIME (English and Spanish) is part of our community enrichment initiatives aimed at fostering creativity. Engage in PLAY AND LEARN activities through our educational outreach programs that include ENGLISH CONVERSATION GROUPS, PODCAST CLASSES (English and Spanish), DJ CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS (English and Spanish). Explore STEAM education programs such as VIDEO PRODUCTION, covering Camera Operation, Lighting, Post Production, and Editing Audio and Graphics. MEET OUR FOUNDERS AND DIRECTORS
Driven by over thirty years of combined experience in bilingual education and multimedia, co-founders Carla L. Torres and Alexander Acosta De Leon established the Nevada Education Foundation to enhance community enrichment initiatives and deliver impactful educational outreach programs, including STEAM education programs, directly to local communities.
